Trustee

As a Trustee, I have joined the board to bring experience both as a primary school governor and a healthcare professional. I currently live and work in Standish and Chorley respectively and enjoy a firm link to both communities.

A former owner of Dental Practices, I have experience in engaging with all stakeholders, securing funding through tenders and implementing major changes in Government directives, as well as directing strategy and growth as the Clinical Lead.

As Vice Chair at a local Primary school, I have been actively involved in recent inspections and overseeing changes to Leadership and curriculum.

I am committed to bringing challenge and scrutiny to the Academy Trust in a supportive and collaborative environment, and contribute time and knowledge to provide schools with the direction and leadership that is required to give every young person the very best start to their lifelong learning, and correct outcomes underpinned by their best attainment.
