Kerry Kirkwood

I am the CEO of a Multi Academy Trust in Cheshire and formerly Principal of a Sixth Form College and I have 35 years experience in education. I have led significant change management programmes which have improved the quality of education for children and young people. I believe that education should be a rich, joyous and rewarding experience for all. I have been a governor at primary and secondary levels, including being Chair of a Church of England school. I am wholly committed to the role of Multi Academy Trusts, and bring with me experience of strategic planning, school improvement, HR, leadership and management.

I also of coach and mentor successful middle and senior leaders, including Heads and Principals. I am a resident of Chorley and am keen to work with local schools. I look forward to supporting the Mosaic Trust Board as the MAT grows to serve more students across the North West.

Kerry is a member of the Education Improvement Board and Safeguarding Board.
