Anita Ghidotti-Gibson

Anita is the CEO of Pendle Education Trust based in East Lancashire  bringing over 20 years’ leadership experience in education to our Board.

With a background in strategic and transformational HR, she strongly believes that great people make the difference and takes immense pride in supporting staff to deliver the best outcomes for all children. She is passionate about improving opportunities for young people and is committed to ensuring every child has the chance to succeed.

Alongside her role, Anita contributes at a regional level and also volunteers as a governor and a member of a local Inclusion Advisory Group. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and lots of football – she is a long-suffering Burnley FC season ticket holder!
