I was pleased to be invited to join the Trust to help shape the future direction which will continue to positively influence the communities we serve.

Growing up in Wigan & residing in the Standish area, I’m married and a mum with two children currently attending one of the schools within the trust.

With a strong sense of purpose and personal values I have a versatile background with operationally strong and varied experience partnering across multiple industries and disciplines achieving industry leading people scores.

My professional journey includes leading multiple teams, including Retail frontline for 16 years within the Banking sector and partnering across multiple strategic business areas for over 20 years combined putting the customer & colleague at the heart of all we do.

One of my motivations for joining the trust is my commitment to investing in an enjoyable and inclusive continuous learning & development culture for all.

As a Capability Delivery Manager across Retail Bank, I bring a wealth of experience in operational management and professional qualifications. My career is driven by a passion for leading change.
