I work in Pharmaceutical R&D, leading Digital Transformation strategies to deliver Precision Medicines and Diagnostics in Oncology and Biopharmaceuticals.

Over the past 30 years, I have held a variety of scientific and technical leadership roles in the UK and internationally, typically moving every 2–3 years to adapt to evolving science and commercial drivers. This experience has given me a strong track record in developing people, driving innovation, and managing change.

I am passionate about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and the opportunities it creates for young people. I have supported STEM events in schools and universities, and I value lifelong learning and the exploration of different career pathways.

As a Mosaic Trustee, my motivation is to ensure that every student and member of staff within the Trust has the opportunity to thrive in a rapidly changing world. I bring my experience in governance, strategic challenge, and monitoring outcomes to support the Trust’s mission and hold it to the highest standards.
