She focuses on ensuring governance is both compliant and forward-thinking—supporting board operations, regulatory submissions, policy development, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Known for her organised and methodical approach, Amanda works closely with Trustees, Governors, Heads and school leaders to uphold effective governance that drives accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across our schools.
