Neil is an accomplished educational leader with over 15 years of experience in school leadership and is currently the CEO of Mosaic Learning Trust.  With a clear vision for educational excellence and a passion for transforming lives through education, Neil has overseen the strategic development of Mosaic Learning Trust, guiding its schools to deliver exceptional educational opportunities for students of the communities it serves.

Prior to becoming CEO, Neil was Headteacher at a comprehensive secondary school in Sefton, for six years, where he successfully led the school through a period of significant change. Under his leadership, the school improved its Ofsted grading, enhanced the curriculum, and cultivated a vibrant learning environment that empowered both staff and students to thrive. Key achievements included introducing innovative teaching approaches, improving student outcomes, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and community engagement.

Neil has a proven track record of fostering strong, resilient school cultures and building effective, high performing teams. His leadership is defined by a deep belief in the power of education to change lives and a commitment to ensuring that all students have the opportunities and support they need to succeed.
