Rachael began her career in the private sector after studying Criminology, where she was supported in achieving both CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications. Over a 10-year period with the organisation, she developed in the HR profession, gaining experience across key areas including employee relations, resource planning, talent management, employee engagement, payroll, organisational development, performance management, reward and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Seeking a new challenge in a different sector, Rachael joined Standish Community High School, where she progressed into the role of Trust HR Manager. Rachael states it is both rewarding and inspiring to collaborate with like-minded professionals within a dynamic and expanding Education Trust.
